The nature of our work means that clients, guests, and participants may appear in photographs and video footage. Event hosts are responsible for informing their guests that coverage will take place. Media produced by DubaiFotographer.com may be used in our portfolio and for promotional purposes, as disclosed in our Terms of Service.

Clients who require full confidentiality over their media should communicate this in writing before the project begins. We will honour such requests and will not publish content featuring identifiable individuals in a manner that is defamatory or harmful. 5. How We Store and Protect Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and media files, including password-protected storage systems, secure file transfer protocols, restricted internal access on a project-by-project basis, and reputable cloud storage services. No electronic system is entirely without risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage clients to use secure channels when sharing sensitive project details.

All third parties are expected to handle information responsibly and only for the purpose of supporting our services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our operations involve third-party platforms including website analytics tools, cloud storage services, payment gateways, social media platforms, email tools, and embedded content providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services, and we encourage you to review their policies where relevant.

Opting out will not affect transactional messages related to an active booking.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of any inaccurate details, deletion of your information where there is no overriding legal reason to retain it, and withdrawal of marketing consent. To make a request, please contact us using the details in Section 15. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification where required.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults.
